The methods “top to bottom”; “bottom to top” and “Compromise” are used. Attention is drawn to original documents and methodological studies of the British system of healthcare (NHS), which (after an adaptation) could be suitable for application in Bulgarian healthcare. |
Getting public support to the healthcare system reform Miroslav Popov In the study the authors introduce the concept “social communications” and define it as two-sided, two-way exchange of information between healthcare as a system and society in its broadest meaning.
